Thus ends Chapter 1: The Wishmaker. I know releasing this many pages in a single day might seem like a lot, but today felt like the perfect moment almost as if the timing itself carried a little magic. The number 3, echoing the wishes cast, and 8, looping into the symbol of infinity, felt like a quiet sign that this was the right day to let Crystal awaken at last. Thank you for experiencing this beginning with me. The journey only grows deeper from here.

Crystal stands as one of the primary genies bound to Demitri, defined by her curiosity, kindness, grace, and unwavering obedience. Her smile softens his world, offering warmth he didn’t know he needed. But beneath that serene exterior rests a sorrow she has carried alone for centuries.
Demitri is finally seeing the truth with his own eye. The truth that’s been shimmering beneath every strange moment leading up to this. And now, before him, Crystal begins to awaken from her long, silent slumber. This is the first breath of her true form, the moment where wonder eclipses fear, and destiny quietly unfolds between them.
Creating and photomanipulating a genie of the bottle in a form of particles was tough and hard. I had to combined various stock images of smoke to create this. Now you can do it with a simple gesture or prompt and it generates for you. You can also do this via action script but now AI has robbed it and made it much simpler!
A showpiece item is the kind of piece that instantly catches a customer’s eye. I get all sorts of reactions when they ask about the price — surprise, curiosity, or sometimes a whole conversation about the craft behind it. Even when they end up choosing something within their budget, those moments remind me that I’m not alone in what I enjoy. It’s comforting to see people connect with the same things that make me smile.
There are plenty of things I can let go of for cheap—small pieces that others can enjoy without me feeling much loss. But then there are the items that feel different. The ones that carry memories, comfort, or a quiet kind of meaning. Letting go of those is never simple. I’ve had things that were once worth almost nothing, only to become priceless years later. Shantae was one of them. My Fantasy GK Studios Gardevoir was another. Watching their value rise wasn’t just surprising—it reminded me how close I came to losing something that meant far more to me than money ever could. Because selling something you care about isn’t just a transaction. It’s letting go of a moment, a feeling, a piece of yourself. Some items hold stories, effort, and emotion—and once they’re gone, you can’t always get them back.
There was once a time when one creation ended and another began, and in the space between them waited a girl who wished to understand where she had gone wrong.
